Please note everyone's skin produces natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for any reaction you may have to our products.

PROCESSING
MCStarz processes all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your item is processed, it is then shipped (excluding holidays and weekends).
USA FREE Shipping
We offer FREE Standard shipping that takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the destination. Please allow extra time for any unforeseen circumstances e.g., acts of nature.
MISSING ORDERS
If you’re tracking states delivered, and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office about this issue. MCSTARZ is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. However, Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so please reach out to us for any valuable information you need, to assist in the investigation of your packages. We hope for a speedy resolution in these situations.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you put the incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change the address if your order has not been fulfilled.
If your shipping label has already been created, a fee will be charged for a new label. If your items have already been shipped, regrettably we are not responsible, please reach out to the shipping carrier to verify the best solution, if they can assist.
